An open letter about Leadership, Relationship and Communication
No one undertakes a journey alone. We depend upon each others constantly—in ways tangible and intangible—to move us toward our destination. We cannot succeed without the help of others, but forming positive relationships can be a challenge. Relationships help us reach our fullest potential. – John Maxwell
Relationship is what I'm sure we both have and that makes me proud of our organization. It is the relationship I have with you as a friend and now as a business partner and more importantly as a leader. What we have now can last for a lifetime. Our relationship is our advantage to eye and hit success. We are connected. We have respect and trust with each other, we have shared experiences together and together we are stronger.
As I read John Maxwell’s book about REAL Leadership I realized a lot of things—it is not really easy to be a leader. I felt the need to improve myself for my growing organization. I want to learn how to effectively lead you and our organization to our goals. All I ask is that you to trust and respect my leadership.
The least important word: I
This is not about me. This is about us, all of us and our journey to success
The most important word: WE
We are meant to be together and together let us make a difference and continue to make things happen
The two most important words: THANK YOU
Thank you for saying YES to Financial Freedom. I thank God you’re part of me and that you’re in my world

EVERYBODY NEEDS SOMEBODY
Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as self-made men and women. Everybody needs friendship, encouragement and help. What people can accomplish by themselves is almost anything as compared to their potential when working with others. And doing things with other people tends to bring contentment. King Solomon of ancient Israel stated the value of working together this way:
Two are better than one,
Because they have good return for their work:
If one falls down,
His friend can help him up!
Also if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
Though one may be empowered,
Two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Everybody needs somebody to come alongside and help. If you understand that, are willing to give others and help them, and maintain the right motives, their lives and yours can change.

THE POWER OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION
Last September I was invited by my cousin Bianca Bargas who is a member of BREAD (Believers of Righteous Endeavors and Deeds) in my Alma mater at Holy Angel University in Angeles City, Pampanga to be the major speaker in their Business Seminar. I talked about the importance of Financial Education in the Information Age.
I'm privileged to share to them the promise of Financial Education once they've graduated from college, not the idea of employment but the great opportunity to be Entrepreneurs and start their own businesses.
I tackled principles from the Wealth Course such as the Awareness on their Money Operating System, the powers of mindset and networks, the essence of failures, differentiating rich from poor people and of course the effective Money Management using the money jars.

I'm glad to have contributed knowledge to these students who are the next generation of our country.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Aside from Financial Education you would also need someone who will guide and teach you to zoom your business, someone who have already been there and done that. Another thing that you need are people to be with you on your journey to success.
There are only two hints I can give you:
1. BUSINESS MENTOR
Business mentors are important. All millionaires have mentors. Even Warren Buffett had a great mentor. It's easier and faster to build wealth when someone is guiding you.
2. NETWORK
"Rich people look for networks. Everyone else is looking for work" - RICH DAD
The power of your connections or people you know is critical. Building wealth is not made by individuals, it is through Teams.

IN BUSINESS, ALL YOU NEED IS A COACH
It is essential that we get a coach or a mentor in life specifically in business. Someone who has done what we want to do especially when it comes to success. A coach who already achieved a lot and gained experiences, who will inspire us that if they made it we know deep in our hearts that we can do it too.
What have I got from my coaches in CA2020?
CONFIDENCE- Did you have the feeling that you already did your best on something and thought that it is all that you can do? Only to realize that there is someone greater who is outside of your circle who can see your potential and who always believed in you so much that he/she will push you to the limits of your ability to produce results (whoa! that feels good!). In the end you’ll be surprised that you finished the task just in time.
That is what’s happening to me every time my coaches give me task to accomplish. They believed in me so much that it is one of the reasons that keep me going. They gave me the confidence to make things happen. They also empowered me to take action in my struggles and failures which are all ingredients to my success.
LIFETIME INVESTMENT/EDUCATION- Getting a coach is an investment that will ensure our growth. Aside from Financial Education, our time, effort we should also invest on people around us especially in getting a coach who already have produced results, credible enough to guide and show us the path to success.
I’ve always believed that experience is the best teacher and that’s what all mentors have that I don’t have yet (that I should know). This is why I love reading blogs in www.ca2020.net. because through their sharing I get the chance to know their ideas, understand their philosophy and learning about life. Everyday I gain knowledge which I didn’t learn in school.

WHEN IS THE GOOD LIFE, NOW OR NEVER?
It is important that we make sure that what we need are always taken cared of like our daily expenses which include basic needs such as food, shelter, bills and etc. all of these are our priorities to survive everyday or else it will be havoc. But where does freedom comes in?
People nowadays are so busy working hard to pay for their expenses that they forget to work also on the things that they really want in life. That includes their dreams of a good life, personal plans to enjoy or goals to better their lives. Most people focus on their needs for security, they don’t realize that wants is also essential to their being.
Like what had happened to my father, that at a young age he was already exposed to work hard for the money until now that we already have our own RTW business he is still working so hard thinking that money is the center of the universe, money for him means security that without it our family will starve and he won’t be able to provide for our needs. Because of too much hard work he became miserable that he forgot to enjoy his life. He always tells me that he will just wait for the time that he will become rich so he can do the things that he wanted. What saddens me the most is that whenever I want to treat him for a spa/body massage he preferred cash rather than the comfort it will bring to his body, no matter what I do I cannot convince him. His experiences about hard work and money lead him to have a poor mindset and kept him in enjoying the good life that he deserves.
I then asked myself, “Will I just work hard for the things that I need? How about the things that I want? Should I live below my means?” Also, the statement, “I will just get what I want once I’m already rich” doesn’t make sense to me when in fact I can actually do it NOW. I can manage my (time and effort) money to make it work for me, both for my needs and wants.

REAL ESTATE TRIP
